Order Cancellations (Orders Placed by Mistake)

If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind:

Returning a Mistake Order After Shipping

  • Return the product unopened with seal intact at your own shipping cost
  • Once we receive the unopened product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

If you informed us your order was placed by mistake after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, you may still receive a refund — but only by returning the product unopened and unused at your own shipping cost. Once a customer has reported an order as a mistake, opening or using the product disqualifies them from any refund — including the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Refund Processing
