Order Cancellations (Orders Placed by Mistake)
If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind:

- After 24 hours: orders have already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Returning a Mistake Order After Shipping

- Return the product unopened with seal intact at your own shipping cost
- Once we receive the unopened product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
If you informed us your order was placed by mistake after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, you may still receive a refund — but only by returning the product unopened and unused at your own shipping cost.
